experiences need to be caltivate...and sometimes even after yr first job u may ask yrself "whaada f uck am i doing?" and from the job scope discribeed...i dun tink u can learn much just easy sit around ask call send email...did u even bother to want to learn more about the services or products u are offering to the customers at the other end of the line? open up yr eyes...go travel around the world please -
