guy dont serve NS , other than that who will serve? Male are born to be more physically stronger , of cos they are the 1 who defend thier nation . a country without Military defence , civil defence and law enforcer(police) is confirm gonna be chaotic, and we people as well as our future generation is going to suffer . look into a bigger picture. I personally feel its responsibilty
girls earning more than us? standing on M.C.P point of view seriously i as a guy i feel pai seh if the girl is my girlfriend .
However , want earn more $$ than girls of cos we have to learn to be more mature and independent in the 1st place , follow by some effort being put in , regardless further studies , do business or wat ever money making opportunites -

A lot of my guy friends feel that they enjoy their NS time. Some even super enjoy going back for reservice so can cho bo.
Its strange but NONE of my male friends whine about NS. And for the record, I do think its good for women to do some form of NS too. -
Can someone confirm the following:
- Guys do get a higher starting pay because they served NS.
- Guys do have better chances of promotion.
The above are the reasons given for guys ultimately earning more than their same age female friends with same education level.. However, how true is it? Does it apply to all companies or only government organisations?
From what I see, most companies do not care about whether you served NS or not... they give the same starting pay to all new employees with the same qualifications applying for the same position... I think only government organisations give a little more to guys.. This little more to guys will never make up for the income that our female counterparts made over the years (not to forget all their promotions over the 2 years)...
At this point of the argument, many of you will immediately say that in long term, guys will still overtake their female counterparts because they have better chances of promotion... But is this true in today's society when girls are fighting so much for their rights? Girls these days are much more educated than the past and the society no longer is biased against them anymore... So my point is: the saying that guys have better chances of promotion may not be so true anymore...
**Ultimately, we may not be able to catch up with our female counterparts of the same age and same qualifications after all... Not that I blame the females or wad... they play no part in this whole issue... I'm just trying to raise some facts... -

actuali, ther's more important homework for u to do den to continue living in the way circumstances affect how u perceive the real world. you can improve on ur persona, ur character, ur charisma, ur attractiveness. dat's wad brings frens & women into ur life. when u hab a beautiful mind & a great lover, every women can't wait to be in ur life, they'll care less abt whether u earn alot or nt, cuz tis r the tinks money cant buy, even married women will b attracted to u. yes many women got married to men who r rich or who r successful in their career, bt their tinkin changed after sumtime when they realise sumtink is lackin in their r/s dat money alone cant replace it. they wan a loving guy who is willing to spend more time wif them, fun loving & can alwaes make them happy, make them feel they'r in love, able to show them alot of affections & nt neglect them cuz of work.
ther r few tinks i found out which worked for mi, dat women got attracted to mi easily. looks, jovial personality, charisma, being affectionate & a sensitive lover(nt missin out the small details), creativity to make communication more interesting & memorable, genuinely interested in people.
ther's oso women who go v strictly on feelings, if she cant feel anytink for the guy, no matter how rich he is, it will nt affect her decision whether to be wif the guy.
