Both are reputably the biggest shopping centre in their respective places. -
My humble advice is don't bother with the HK$50 unlimited travel because it can only be used on their MTR. Unless you are going to really faraway places like Lantau Island in the west then Sai Kung in the east. Even so, you might not even exceed HK$50 unless you go to Disneyland Station to take pictures. A lot of factory outlets (Nike, Levi, Espirit, Giordano, New Balance, Addidas etc.) are concentrated in the shopping centre at Tung Chung in Lantau Island. -

Temple Street and Tung Choi Street (Ladies Street) have summer clothes, typically they look like those you can find at This Fashion.
Tung Chung is pretty small for tourists. You only get to "use" the MTR Station, the shopping centre (next to the MTR Station) and the cable car station across the shopping centre.
Never heard of maritime square. -

It seems like there are only two ways to commute between the airport and the city - by those airport express buses and the airport express train. Cab is too expensive.

Not fair. How can they be cheaper than the buses to Mongkok? Don't believe Tai Po and Shatin are nearer than Mongkok to the airport. Furthermore, I believe they also travel along the same expressway from the airport. Until Lai King or Lychee Kok that area then split up? -
