1) Always look around you when you try to park/get into the car. If you see suspicious character. high alert. Try got the carpark one more time.. if the car keep following you, get out of the carpark immediately by drive of coz.
2) Park your car where a lot of car is
3) Bring steering lock but its useless somehow.
I have heard of stories the tow truck come and want to tow away your vehicle!
He will come with tax invoice and if you stop him he will say"Alamak sorry wrong vehicle..." If you didn't stop him then its gone..
4) check with insurance see whether your vehicle is covered with insurance in Malaysia and flood too.. before driving to Malaysia.
5) Of coz, do not have any valuable things in your vehicle
and dun bring some many RM!! Yuo can always withdraw RM cash at local ATM too. Dun forget that! Yuor ATM card got the 'plus' logo use the card as normal.
6) Its safer to drive an old car and proton/perouda make.. however service your car before driving in. Preempt your unforeseen car problem.. its difficult to get a good workshop since you dun know the way.
7) Give way to malaysian car since its their country. Respect them
8 ) If a car tailgates you very close even though you are in the second lane..
beware!! the driver might want to knock your car purposely so that you can stop your car and argue. Then he will rob your car away!! But don't panick!
Go to the third lane, let the car pass you. OR go to the first lane and overtake the vehicle previously in front of you when you were at the second lane previously to shake the car off.
9) When resting at to refuel car/canteen make sure, its a more ppl one rather than a deserted one..

.38 revolver robbing Mercz driver.. Classic one. Do not say long much more hours you need to get to your destination just by chatting or even worse saying you will reach XXX place in 2 hours time.. and ... oops

why anyone would visit jb with such frequency is beyond me, other than business, even then, i wouldn't invest there.....i've been jb probably less than 5 times in my entire life and i have never found it worthwhile...even if things are cheaper....my life is worth more than the silly savings of a couple of bucks...

i think he using reverse psychology on u so tat u wun report the matter to the police, tats why so polite. but knowing tat jb is dangerous place why u still bring so much money?
