i nxt yr sec4. i dun tihnk its a problem to find frens la.. you just need to change yourself. either you are not open enough to talk to people?
just start talking to ppl around you in class loh. very easy one wad.. no need do anything to be frens one. talk talk awhile, keep in contact . msn and stuff. whether be close frens or not, it totally depends on yourself.
if your a girl, it might be be that ure too quiet or 'nerdy'. but dont get me wrong thats just an assumption. or probably its because of those childish things like backstabbing or trying to act cute or smoething.
if ur a guy u shldnt have much problems. im usre play games. im sure ppl play the games u play in sch. it shld be very easy if ur a guy. -

1st important step is to appear confident and approachable by being cheerful.. people will be automatically drawn to it.
Start conversations by finding something in common, offering to help others out.. if u want to enter a conversation with a small group of people, approach them when they fall silent and say something ( eg. "Hey you guys just opted for the xxxx CCA right? I'm thinking of joining too.." etc )
During conversation, talk less about yourself and more about what you know the other party's interested in.. be interested in their opinions but express less of yours.. Engage in, but not dominate, conversations. Avoid complaining.

Dont worry.Starting out, no one will be really behaving like a bunch of monkeys and all will be quite quiet as everyone are still trying to get used to the new people and surroundings.So i guess u can jus approach each one of em and jus start talkin.
No need to start with 'Hi im so and so...'. IMHO i don quite like sarting liddat..so formal 1.. You can jus start shooting off about how smelly the toilet is,etc...anything! and say 'Ya..hey wads your name ah..been talking for awhile now yet still dono your name..'

I last time sec 1 very anti social. I dont talk to ppl and always eat by myself till the teacher have to go up to me and ask me if anything is wrong.
But now, almost the whole level is my friend.
Take things slowly. And most importantly dont look too desperate. Cannot let others know that you cannot live without friends. By doing this, you gain their respect and also the need for them to gain your trust to be your friend.
Secondly. Be wise.
Make sure you know the latest news like some kind of disaster or what kind of environment do china ppl live in. And best if you know the best place to hang out or the place which provide the most valuable offer for pool or k box.
Thirdly. Lying.
You must know the trick of lying. Sometimes in secondary school, you cant go ard telling the truth. Or u will either find a pig head hanging outside your hse the next morning or you will end up in the icu.(for extreme cases only) Tell one story to A. Dont say the same thing to B. This is a tricky but good way of survivng in secondary schools. But beware, if other ppl see through your trick, be prepared to spend the rest of your days in hell.
Fourth. Knowlegeable.
Make sure you know the backgrounds of your teacher. Like how many kids she have, whats her husband occupation. How chio is his wife, He everytime go where clubbing.

dun anyhow ji seow, li seow, ti seow(dunno which is correct) other people, later u kena hit everyone will sit there and look and some idiots will go and call the Discipline master and u are in trouble..... that's why i say in my top20 list, settle privately, if it is better. school is a place that u can easily kill someone.....or u get killed by someone, for example,
u can push the person down the stairs, cos it is quite steep.
the corridor is dangerous, u can be pushed down from the 4 floor quite easily.
the side of the metal cupboard can hurt someone if u knock his head there a few times
the metal stick can also cause head damage if u wack the person from the back
u can poison someone else's food with hair wax that can style ur hair
the table and chair can use as weapon to hit someone on the head.
ok, stay away from the above places if u already have chou ren, or u want to really punish some1 u really hate, just bang bang their head of the glass that has a triangle sign, and can push that person down liao.
dun try it usless u are real angry, cos, theorically it should work, practically if it never work, u are the victim -
