ur dear is using starhub? i tot starhub having the 018 call to malaysia for the same local rate. then u still worry for ur dear having to pay a lot for the bill??

if the phoenix card is workable, i shud be able to get around 8 cents per minute...the sunshine card seems to have a lot of bad reviews even though it is only 6 cents per min... -
