even in army, you cannot bring weapons to civil places.
Guard comd will ask guard orderly to consolidate orders, then he let the orderly go out of camp to buy makan.
Similarly, the RIGHT thing this guy should do, is finish up his patrolling, then report back to guard house. When he's OFF-duty, THEN he go out any buy...else ask his friends who are OFF-duty to buy for him.
This is HIGHLY inappropriate. -
