  The one above is from Crystal Jade Kitchen. I thought it tasted different from the usual kinds we find at zhi char stalls... there's this funny flavor - maybe it's the flour - but it's nice! crispy and the sweet-sourish flavor is not overwhelming.

  but along the way, like wanton mee, prata and all, the standard went down
  
  i like it when its crispy hard, not soft chewy

  got zichar store sell ko lou yok fan, $4 a plate.
  normally i eat it with 2 bowls for rice...
