i'm told this is a new course in NUS. my fren with triple C got in. I am quite doubtful now. Some questions unresolved.
Firstly, for engineering right, which r the more popular ones other than aerospace n chemical engineering? Because i m considering taking mechanical engineering n donno if this course has gd job prospects in the future.
Then for engineering (ie mechanical) right, what r the rough grades u must get to enter?

i AM in one of the top 5 jcs.. =( i'm trying to say that the other jcs such as mjc are really coming up.. my friends called me to brag about mj's results this year.. it's very good.. so much so that monday's a holiday i heard.. whereas my jc chose to remain silent about a lvl results.. no announcement whatsoever regarding the results of my college.. -
MJC has a lot of holidays declared by their principal by now that it is quite a norm whenever their school does well in something.
My friends there said so.
Everyone has the right to a piece of the success pie. It just means that the underdogs and the averages are doing better. -

I forgot to add: I actually want to do business or finance at SMU. Do u think I can get in wif this grades of mine?
And I also want to try to do a double degree in Business/Law at SMU. I don't mind sittting for the SAT test. But I just want to ask you guys seriously, do you think I'm being too optimistic & unrealistic by thinking I can do a double degree? If yes, I don't mind settling for a single degree. But I just want to get into SMU Business School!!! -
yah thats what i'm doing also, cos i dont think going back to school is possible since everyone's doing the new syllabus.. since you're already in NS you could ask your commanders when you next book in? i enlist only in april so i have no idea.. hopefully i'll have the time though. from what i know (may be wrong), SAF might let us disrupt for 1 or 2 months come exam time in oct-nov, then we just ord abit later (i'm asking my friend to confirm for me when he next books in)Originally posted by waves:I also going to retake but I dunno whether will have the time anot. i think too late to register for june liao ah if im not wrong, and june papers are supposedly harder.. you can call up the relevant authorities to check though..
edit: i dont know if they even offer june papers, but i may be wrong.. if science subjects still have to take all those practicals (won't be taking SPA)
