  If you want to write a letter, write the above one without the blue part. Don't delay, the longer you delay the weaker your case become.
  Best you go to Safra and complain personally.

  thats why I hate secuirity guards, they are assholes in general.

  You know why he is so unhappy and wanted to choke you? He doesn't like the kind of English you use in forums!
  
  K k, jokes aside, maybe you can give him the benefit of doubt since he was never like that before, or if you are unhappy with the way he "over reacted" then do write a complain letter to the authorities by all means.

  How old are you? If you're around 12-16 liddat maybe get your parents to go to the Management PERSONALLY to get the matter settled. Cos if you go alone with friends they might think you are just some punks who started the matter first.

What about those offenders who also have a family to feed or maybe a dying mother to take care of? Maybe when you call them remember to say that you do not wish the guard to get fired or what.
