There will always be inequality.
It is the damn public who labelled students according to their schools. The words 'prestigious' and 'neighbourhood' wasnt created by TS, so why blame her?
Sometimes, its also the schools themselves that promote elitism. I have a friend who goes to a SAP school, and she tells me the principal will remind them often that they are of the "top 10%" in singapore and should do better than "neighbourhood schools", if not they will throw face.
See, even principals use such terms.
