Alright maybe for this part. For unfortunately. Till to day. Evolution Theory. Is still just a THEORY. Many people say it is testable and such its bull sh it. If it s testable. then It wouldn't be theory. Theory can be refute when new facts comes because it is not confirm. If it is it will be a law just like Newton's physics. As far as I'm concern it is just a scientific explanation. And an imperfect one. Flawed at some point. If who disagree then show me. So its not perfect, did anyone say it was?
Its a theory.. i.e. its the best guess we have at the moment, and so far its made sense to most people. Like i said, come up with something better and we'll listen.
btw... wat is defined as 'testable' in science is either predictive or observable.
Newton's law is predictive as u can predict and confirm results from it.
Evolution is observable as in recording of supporting findings in fossils etc. -

However, your arguments were rather shallow and didn't even touch on the real contentious issues about Evolution (with the exception of the missing link, but hey, they r working on that). -

Science is imperfect. Who says it is entirely perfect? But, do you still trust your faith in science then? Are you still taking MRT or Bus to school or workplace without worrying the fact that the engine might blow up or something? The theory behind the thermodynamics is still flawed! Oh gosh! Maybe we should just walk to school/workplace. Oh shet, maybe we should just stay put wherever we are, the gravitational laws are flawed as well.
Just because it is flawed doesn't necessary means that it is entirely false, crap, bullshet, whatever. Get what i mean?

Besides... the 2 greatest scientific thoeries of the last century, General Relativity and Quantum Mechanics totally do not agree with each other!!!! Both are used to describe our physical world, but guess what... they give totally different predictions!!!! Scary eh... guess we've been LIED to again!!!

general relativity and quantum mechanics are new concepts. it is very normal that science has many things that they do not understand. it is a ongoing process and scientist are constantly reviewing the knowledge.
The works of quantum science in nanotechnology is already churning many applications already. With electron microscope we can see many things that are at small scales.
Science and engineering has allow fo many applications on nanotechnology which many of you are seeing and using without knowing how they are make.
Science is not a perfect thing and does not claim perfect knowledge. Science is the most humbling when it comes to saying that we do not know many things and that is why we have to study more and more and allow for verifying process to take place.
Bible and other religion just like to come up with anedoctecal evidence and stories, mixed with things reported by science, and make big big claims and come up with easy and convinent explanations about many things.

Evolution through Observation? I can tell you a thousand theory that what these observation is about more convincing than evolution. In fact there are many others theory around. People like to say that it is predictive and etc just like the measuring of the stars and such where we couldn't touch.
That is ridiculus as the stars if placed on a minature scale can still be measure and tested or even placed in a computer. As for evolution it is not. Just based purely on observation.
I can tell you an alien had came to singapore and placed 4 different group of people in SG. it shows in the observation too. But is it true? -

Newton laws is perfect. Because, it is testable undeniable. If I take a MRT, I know 100% it will work exactly as it is. Evolution? How you prove that? By looking observations?

I think someone mention about Chance and probability.
Evolution takes chance and probability to happened. If even to replicate the same situation it may not happen. Doesn't it sound familiar? Let's say the alien theory. Doesn't it the same?
Little to most people know. to create life and evolution to happy it is a chance of greater than 1 out of power of 50. That is statistically impossible. That totally contradict the fact that evolutionist explained that 90% of the creatures evolved on planet earth. Except for sharks and cockaches etc... another point? Why they don't evolve? chance and pobability? or they couldn't find something similar to shark and co cokaches? another excuse for the flawed theory?

But unfortunately in my opinion, it is not a theory that we acknowledges it as a 100% scientific law. Newton's law is undebatable. If you think it is wrong. We can anytime show you it right in your own eyes. But as for evolution, you can't. You can only see the observation that's all. One day there might be evidence that shows that another theory seems more probable. isn't that what is happening throughout history? Who knows one day we found out that those ape man were actually the result of cross breeding than evolution.
Athetist been too hard up to believe that evolution theory is the ultimate theory that is correct without look at the weakness of the theory is quite laughable and ignorant. Afterall you are just trying to look for a theory that contradicts to religious belief isn't it?

Einstein's theory better describes "more" of reality (especially outer space) and you can use his theory to accurately predict "more" of "reality".
It does not matter whether EVOLUTION THEORY IS 'PERFECT' or not... you are right... but it is as good as it gets, for now... there is nothing else better at the moment... no matter what religious people want you to believe.
It is like, crossing the road at the pedestrian crossing when the "Green Man" is flashing is not perfect because a drunk driver might also knock you down...
