CONDITIONS OF USE
The School Smartcard / ITE Student ez-link card is not transferable.
It must be carried at all times as proof of eligibility when travelling. School uniforms do not prove students' eligibility for travel concession.
It must be shown without demand to the bus driver, inspector or other authorised staff of SBS Transit, SMRT, SLRT and TransitLink.
Legal proceedings may be taken against any person who misuses the card, allows any misuse of the card, or breaches any of the Terms & Conditions, for the use of the School Smartcard / ITE Student ez-link card.
SBS Transit, SMRT, SLRT and TransitLink reserve the right to retain any card deemed necessary for investigation.
The ez-link card shall be retained if it has been tampered with, misused, replaced or refunded

duh, the girl in the wrong still complain so much....
dun she know that she has to comply with the company policy if she wants to get on the bus?
@Gordonator

agreed, smrt is much much lenientOriginally posted by SilverRevo:I kenna this MILLIONS of time ler.
Full school uniform doesn't mean you're a student apparently.
It's their company policy to actually check your ez link.
SMRT is more lenient.
agreed.Originally posted by photo_seeker:Actually it's stated that the only form of identification will be via a student's concession pass. Be thankful that now EZ-Link is incorporated together with the Student Concession Pass. In the past, students are required to carry their Concession Pass with their Fare Card.
I've encountered such incidents plenty of times. The BC is doing his job, thus I've nothing to argue against.
its a policy for SBST, they don't want adults to pay what teens pay for because its a privilege only towards childs/teens.Originally posted by thongs:lolz, wear sch uniform and then still pay adult price. wat kind of reasoning is tat?
