Nowadays even a diploma wont get u far in life.
thats why u see those poly students upon graduation, they nid to upgrade themselves.
I myself ish J1 this year..also super stress...promos comming..haiz..

But S'poreans are naturally competitive..If their frens get a degree, they must get a degree, if their frenz get a masters, they will try to top tat also. So they are making it look as if paper qualifications are Super important. And ppl naturally will also follow this thinking.

Yes, I know that there will b such examples but not alot. So ppl tend to wanna succeed in a more "straightforward " way by getting paper qualifications and nt taking risks.
