2)Nobody will speak English to you even if they know English well so you have to pick up your Japanese fast to be street smart
3)body language and emotional IQ level is different.What is normal in other parts of the world might not be accepted here and vice-versa
4)If you look,speak,move like a Japanese but refuse to give up SIngapore citizenship later then you would be mentally tortured by your friends and love ones until you become them
5)If you should get married and have kids this place is not good for their intellectual & emotional growth
6)Here you could be working beyond age of 65 but coming from Singapore you have no problem with this
7)The pace is not as fast as you think. order food must wait long long and see doctor take longer also.If fast means you get the wrong medicine 
When you need to make police report or get into a traffic accident the Police would make you vomit blood first......something like your bad experience at a Neighborhood Police Post in SIngapore
9)People here are racist and feel threatened by other Asians
10) please come as a tourist or work for 2 years at the most but dont stay too long cuz we dont want you

You will only become a PR after staying there for 5 years, and that is if you manage to find countries to sponsor u to work there for that long.
Citizenship can take you your whole life, Japanese people are very proud of their own "race" and will look down on other races. Pure Mainlanders even look down on Okinawa people, much more than just "Kuching thinks KL people are snobbish" kind of thing. So if you manage to mix into their society legitimately*, try not to identify urself as born in Singapore unless they're really close with you.
* There are actually many Chinese immigrants, illegal or not I dunno, working there and they will always look out for you, like when you buy things from shops they are working at. Don't be surprised if someone starts answering in Chinese. You never know. -

If you want to look at it, try looking at Japan's industrial boom period. They took a mere fifty years to transform themselves from a backward country to a superpower that terrorised the entire Asia and even the Western armies. -
