  Asked for north indian specially becasue in US, there are many north Indian with blondes.
  M not being racist, it's just a simple thought of mind. North Indian are lil different from rest of the Indians. They are Tall, Fair n handsome and mostly are highly educated.

  Ultimately, both husband + wife have to work at the marriage in order for it to be successful. It depends on how much work BOTH are willing to put into maintaining it. Success in anything for that matter does not just happen........

  Talked to a friend from India. She has given me a very good explanation of Dowry system in India.
  
  In India they consider that dowry is a gift from the girl parents (Specially in business families) side to girls, they do that so that after the death of parents the girl has no need ask a portion from her brother/brothers in the parentÂ’s property. This keeps their relation good, smooth and long lasting after the parents. In the business families of India this thing still exists.
