If i am not wrong, the only time when customer is wrong is when patronise women in geyland and other red light district. Those pros dun give a damn that you are their customers. Sometime, i see customers get to pay, scolded and beaten up too for being too demanding.

The customer has the rights to remain silent. Anything the customer says or do can be used against him/her in the court of law.

I'm in the service line for quite some time, personally met ALOT of differnet differnt kind of people, just yesterday, got this aunty come and KP me cus she bought the wrong stuff from me... my fault? Just for me I give people the respect they deserves, not cus they're my customers i give them any flying fuck abt it. We depend on each other to survive, we provide they consume.

Customers have to also be reasonable chaps, set a good example to your children by being firm and courteous to sales people. And they will return the favour

Usually I just give the usual: Oh okay, Orh alright, Sorry Sir/Ma'am.
I'm quite thick skinned so it doesn't really bother me.
