The only reason there's a "no eating" rule is because the average person can't clean up their own shit (or at least not drop anything) anyway.

see who assault who first lar. if he beat u first, u have the right to self defend, so many witnesses in mrt, scared what lol. police will not take the case if he or you are not seriously injured or hurt. police will advise you to take civil action if he or you are not hurt. -

actually, I am of two minds about this ....
