Fashion sense is non existent in Singapore. The only thing people wear here day in and day out is their shorts and some 10 year old tee shirt which is ripping at the seams.
The constant excuse of "oh the weather is so hot" is also equally 10 years old. Do you think Singapore is the only place where the weather is so hot? Please! Go look at Bombay, the weather is equivalent to Singapore's, yet it managed to put India's fashion on world stages such as New York & Paris. Thats just one example. There are numerous other examples.
And Europe is not cold all year around for goodness sake!

The range of products in those boutiques in Ion Orchard is pathetic.
People who can usually afford to shop and buy would buy from a real and larger boutique with more variety in their range of products.
Who want to shop and buy anything in Ion Orchard?
Obviously the people who came up with Ion Orchard AREN'T shoppers themselves.
