Is time to review all our maids off day to other day instead of sat and sunday. Let them go in a weekday and check thru all their hp msg and delete those unwanted want and give them a new sim card so that bastard wont be able to contact them.Install CCTV at home all area so we are all protected incase they trying to bully our baby or gal or boys.

Thanks for bringing up and sharing this issue with all here. Your concerns are not without merit and justifies a proper response befitting such.
However, I am not the right person nor have any authority to help you. I can only share my insight with you, and hopefully find a solution to your predicament.
The issue you brought up may not be as simple as one may presume. It is an issue many turn a blind eye to, espacially Singaporeans, not that they do not care, but most here may not have maids in employ or have any contact with the Indian worker.
The problem lies with an undeniable natural need both male or females possessed - sexual longings and love, regardless of race, religion or gender. For citizens, such needs are often easily within one grasp and capabilities.
But for the foreigner, more so the long term contract worker who form no ties with our country, such needs may not be possible due to restrictions imposed that they do not form families here and rely on our social funding for support, which is only meant for citizens.
Where will they go to meet such needs then? For males, it may possible to visit brothels as prostitution, although frowned upon but given a blind eye due to its necessity, is still legal here. However, such visits may be too costly, made more worse by the continual raids there.
Then where next? No way are we citizens going to sacrifice our womenfolk for them surely! Thus there exists this segment - the foriegn domestic helpers. Most govt would thought their problem solved on this issue. But unfortunately it leads and will lead to even worse social problems if left unchecked - unwanted pregnancies and suicides are but just the tip of the iceberg.
Perhaps solutions may be:-
1. Instead of relying on the nanny state to solve it, employers can take proactive measures such as allowing certain hours for the domestic helpers to make online connections to her family or bf in their homeland, to keep in touch and keep the bonds alive, so that they may not be tempted through loneliness to find comfort locally.
2. Educating them on the dangers of illicit affairs are tedious efforts and would often be met with deaf ears, as they are already adults. Maybe, a more concerned effort to reach out to them, to encourage the single domestic helper to mix freely, but you as the employer, get to know her social circle?
Akin to treating her as your daughter, and do as you would do to your daughter, so that at least you may be in a position of trust and knowledge to advise her on paths she can or should not take? After all, she is almost like a kin living with you closely for a year or two, and should NOT be treated as a slave. We are a republic and not some slave owning state.
3. As for the males, perhaps CID, which controls the brothels, can work out lower prices for them to satisfy their natural urges, so as not to pose a nuisance to others? About a million of them working here, so better nip the problem before it becomes a nitemare later on for our female citizens.
It is one thing to claim foriegn workers have such needs but quite another to pinpoint the one who needs it then and there. They too, should enjoy their off days unmolested by the authorities and not picked up for questioning. They too, are human, just like the rest of us, and not lesser men. We are an equal society in Singapore and will stay that way as long as our flag still flies aloft on our homeland and in our hearts.
