2. plenty of savings - rent room / house, don't need to worry about can't afford rental. instead, can put downpayment for own house and can rent ur extra rooms for additional income. u'll be surprised that u will end up earning from collecting rental money instead of paying ur monthly house payment.
Simple say, there's many more things u both need to do. think carefully before moving out of family house and stay together.
one last piece of advice ... u both r still too young. in case if u both rent a room n stay together without any savings or proper planning, what if u get pregnant? can u both afford to raise another life?
