Hey, remember there's this uncle who cycled ard selling Lionheads & those big heads for lion-dancing? He also had brooms, brushes,etc. on his bicycle. & also used to pluck chiku from the trees..oh yeah, anyone ever played this game whereby u tie a bottle cap or something onto a dragonfly & let it fly??? As for gals, there's this sheet of paper dolls & clothes which you can change clothes on them...haha
and yes i remem the uncle who ride on bicycle and he sells so many things like buckets and brooms and pails etc.

also.. i dun pluck chiku.. i pluck mangoes.. so many mango trees downstairs...
those days.. the kopitiams rite.. hmmm.. the fishball noodle huh.. cost only $1 or $1.20 leh.. that was when i 6 yrs old i think.. i awiz go downstairs buy... -

when i was still a kid... my dad awiz made me go downstairs help him buy cigarettes... woah... last time one small pack of marlboro cost $1.10 only!!!
pri school huh... hmmm i remem.. the canteen awiz sell those 20cts ice cream and the very very very oily chicken wing from malay store...u can even see the oil dripping in the plastic bag...
also ah.. the yakult u buy rite.. got 2 layers of foil cover.. if take off the 1st layer of foil cover.. got sticker.. if lucky.. can win small prizes...
haiz.. those were the times... really much happier.. -

Why I like dun have any nice childhood memories.
I have siblings, but as a child I played alone... only sometimes when I visit my cousin, I get to play his nintendo...
I remember being left at my grandma's place everyday before and after school during kindergarten..
I remember spending my primary school days shopping for assessment books and spending all my time on them..... -
er maybe have.
i remember occasionally my dad would bring us to the bird park or to the beach.. or swimming...
but then that was when i was so young cos he left for work overseas when i was in primary two -

i used to follow my grandma to the market where she would sell eggs at one of the stalls there. then i would wander ard and me, being very notti at tat time, would go and disturb the cats. once i stepped on the cat's tail and it scratched me! but i din cry leh, just stood there dumbfounded.

I'm from Lim Chu Kang, NOT the cemetery but a kampong now became the runway of Tengah Air Base.
I remember my TV that time was rather 'big' and have cabinet to store it... and the TV is kept behind sliding doors which can be locked so its easy for my parents to ban me from TV.
Can playing cooking with leaves and dried branches, use the empty milk maid condense milk can to boil water with the fire u started with the dried leaves and branches....
Mask, xuan feng xiao feng xia, He-man, care bears, smurfs are some of the cartoons then.
The thing I miss most it the fresh air every morning... with dew sparkling on leaves in the morning sun.... tired is never found in my dictionary then... have endless energy to go catch fish in long gangs.... grasshoppers / spiders in grass patches... pluck fruits from the many fruits around.... its just pure fun.... -
