Oh. If I may say, NUS students are just that. People. To think that they are otherwise, would be a very materialistic point of view(if I may say so) Therefore, they will have the same insecurities as many others. Therefore, the same questions, the same behavior, and yet, different personalities as well.

Sounds like not worth the govt's money to award them scholarship. So far those PRCs students I come across, none wants to stay on in Singapore. They said they prefer their homeland.

China will become rich, but they will also have more and more skilled and qualify workforce competiting in the market. MM Lee had talk about this before and that is why he say that it is very important for Singapore to move forward so that our economy will remain relevant in the next 10 to 20 years.
